Leslie graduated with honors from Orlando Culinary Academy, Le Cordon Bleu program. She continued her training under Daniel Boulud at Restaurant DANIEL, a four-star French restaurant. Other prominent, New York restaurants that Leslie lent her talents to include David Burke & Donatella, and SHARE Restaurant, where she spent time as a sous chef. While in Orlando, Leslie refined her skills at Roy’s Restaurant and Logan’s Bistro. In addition, she owns and operates five-year-old, Orlando-based boutique catering company, food and fru fru, with business partner Bert Silkwood. Leslie is also pursuing her doctorate in Holistic Nutrition and has developed an after school program in holistic cooking and nutrition with the Food & Finance High School in Midtown Manhattan. Licensed and insured. Saf Serv certified.
